Easy Swedish Meatballs with a Twist

Ingredients

1 1/2 - 2 lbs Ground Hamburg

1 Egg

1/4 Cup of Warm Water

Tempo Swedish Meatball Mix

1 Jar Mulled Cider with Cranberries Jelly

Instructions

Step One: Put the ground hamburg in a large bowl.

Step Two: Make a well in the center of the ground hamburg.

Step Three: In a separate small bowl, slightly beat your egg.

Step Four: Add the slightly beaten egg to the ground hamburg.

Step Five: Add warm water and Tempo Swedish Meatball Mix to the ground hamburg.

Step Six: Mix these ingredients well together.

Step Seven: Once the ingredients are mixed, form the mixture into balls.

Step Eight: Place the balls onto a baking sheet.

Step Nine: Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit.

Step Ten: Wait approximately 30 minutes or until the meatballs are nicely browned.

Step Eleven: Let them cool slightly before placing them in a casserole dish.

Step Twelve: Warm our Mulled Cider with Cranberries Jelly in a small saucepan.

Step Thirteen: Pour the warm jelly over the meatballs.

Step Fourteen: Toss and serve immediately.

Note: This can be made ahead of time if stored in the refrigerator for no longer than a week. Our Swedish Meatballs can also be frozen until ready to use (if you are freezing the meatballs, do not add the jelly until you are ready to serve).
