Besides making jams and jellies, teaching has always been a passion of mine. I was a classroom teacher for over 15 years. Since then I have been doing a lot of tutoring or substituting. I have experience in all age levels and in a variety of subjects though my degree is in English and Science for the secondary levels. I also love Chemistry and biological sciences.
